Vacation Update

subplotkudzuHead colds are not gifts to be shared in the Christmas season. Out annual trip to Camden, ME for their "Christmas by the Sea" festival fell upon hard times when Elizabeth got a head on Thursday, gave it to Rachel for Friday inyo Saturday and then gave it to me for Sunday into Monday. The town was fine, the inn was lovely as always, but the illness cast a pall over everything.
The only upside has been the chance to plow through _Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell_, which has turned out to be as good as people had told me it was.
