well, I have a cat in my lap and Rachel has a baby in hers. We just got back from dinner over at netcurmudgeon's and are settling in for the evening. No late night out for us, and I'll be stunned if we make it to midnight.
Wishing all of you a Happy New Year - one with more joy and fewer sorrows, more excitement and less terror, and a greater chance for me to finally get my damn jet pack. It's the 21st century already. I want my jet pack!
