61) Twice Shy: this is another Dick Francis novel, one split into two parts where the protagonist of the second half is the younger brother of the protagonist fo he first half. And has the first half protagonist is logical, clever, capable and a generally solid mystery/thriller hero, his younger brother is a doofus who keeps doing dumb things just to make the plot more dangerous. If you get this book, read the first half when quetly walk away.
