Invasion of Capecodistan, part II
Sep. 7th, 2008 10:15 amThe next morning started early when Elizabeth - off kilter from lack of sleep and being in a different place - woke up at 5 AM. We had to bring her downstairs to sleep with us (something we only do on vacations) to squeeze and extra hour of sleep out of her. But the day was warm and the skies were clear, so we thought the day had great promise. After breaking our fast we brought her back down to the beach where she played in the wet sand and the dry sand, but was turned off by the water, full as it was with seaweed churned up by the remnants of Hannah the night before. It was a lovely morning.
( But wait, there's more! )
