Summon Musical Number: 20 pts

Ever since I read GURPS Atomic Horror I've wanted to play a guitar carrying teenager with points dumped into whatever mechanic would make it possible for him to summon a musical number: he'd break into a rock riff and all the heps and chicks would start singing and dancing, the musical interlude between the giant lobster attacks. 

The nice people at Improv Everywhere have produced the next best thing. Without the giant lobster, of course.
