Silly, silly ATC

All Things Considered on NPR has an ongoing project where they ask viewers to describe the sounds of distinctive voices: Jack Nicholson, Marlyn Monroe and so on. This week's included Rodney Dangerfield, for whom one astute listener provided the following bit of poetry:
