The best thing

adoxograph ever did for me was go away. 

We were roommates at the time, you see. Her friend kept calling over to talk to her, and she was never home. So her friend started talking to me instead. Two and a half years later that friend married me. 

That was eight years ago today, and it's hard to imagine that Adoxograph could ever have done anything for me that would be better than making the last eight years possible. 

The second best thing Adoxograph ever did for me? I'm sorry, you're not cleared to hear that. But she still owes me for the 2AM run to the shore to fill a 20 oz bottle with sea water.
