My only sort-of disagreement with you is about Iran/Iraq - Iraqi reaction to a US war against Iran would depend on how people remember the devastating Iran-Iraq war of the 1980s - whether they blame it all on Saddam Hussein or hold the Iranians responsible. There are ethnic differences, also; Iranians are majority Persian, Iraqis are not.
But it's really hard to predict this sort of thing, and I suspect the main reason Iraqis would oppose such a war is that they don't like foreign meddling either. Plus, some of the most, er, politically (violently) active components are the same ones who have the bass ackwards view that blowing up US troops will encourage them to *leave* - a war vs. Iran is likely to inflame their already fevered brains.
