I was reading the H&R write-ups in this month's A&E to Sam. She particularly liked the wedding announcement from Dumbledore.

I'm on the mend already, thanks. I think I made out best in the whole family.

I was very happy with the wedding announcement bit - it seemed very Dumbledorian and got a big laugh at the table. I'm trying hard to capture some of the whimsy of the books even as we are a little darker (being mature role player types after all).

Hooray for no longer anonymous! And yes, I'm feeling better. My weigh in this morning was a hefty 4.5 pound drop from last weke, but that might have something to do with not having ANYTHING in my system. Still, that means 26 lbs since the beginning of the year!

I don't recommend a vomiting bug as a diet tool, but since I got hosed by eating a lot to fight off the head cold I'll take advantage of this while I can.

You do realise don't you that it gets worse as they get bigger? Think exponential growth in quantity, velocity and range and you're part way there.

Oh and one more thing. The only thing worse than washing vomit soaked bedding and clothes is encountering a bag of sodden, badly rinsed, vomit soaked bedding and clothes unexpectedly...
