Of course, the look on her face when she tried some of Mom's Mango Lassi was priceless. "You willingly consume this?" was how I translated her look of disgust.

Has E. tried Greek styled pita bread?

You can even brush it with water and bake at 400 F for 30-60 seconds to make it taste like warm Naan bread.
