Right now we're looking at Ridgefield, CT for a new home destination.

You're staying in Connecticut, then? One of my former co-workers (we were laid off at the same time) is eventually looking to sell his house in Westchester, as he and his wife have a place in Georgia. But, I don't know his timeframe, and if you guys don't want to move to Westchester, it's moot.
